The Bronze Support Plan is priced per incident at $59 per seat. A five-incident bundle is available for $249 per seat. Trained support technicians provide assistance with installation, basic upgrades and troubleshooting. If an incident is confirmed as an actual software, then no incident charge is incurred and the users account will be credited for the fee.
The Silver Support Plan is an annual plan priced at $1,199 per seat. The Silver Plan offers support for an unlimited number of incidents and registered access to the Eaagle Intranet (including access a Knowledge Base where users share their tips and best practices). Trained support technicians provide assistance with installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and product usage/usability.
